Cleaning Considerations
Providing us with accurate information about the home’s current condition helps us schedule the
appropriate service, allocate the correct amount of time, and ensure your cleaning meets your
expectations.
Bedrooms:
- Make bed and/or Change Sheets (have new sheets available)
- Clean window inside / window ledge (track not included)

What Is A Recurring Cleaning?
Also called maintenance cleaning, our recurring cleaning package will cover the essential chores that every home needs to be in top shape. It includes tasks like vacuuming and mopping floors, sanitizing bathroom surfaces, and cleaning and polishing appliances. Other companies charge extra for what is already included here, but we like to provide our clients with a thorough cleaning every time.
However, if your home hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while, we recommend starting with a deep cleaning first so we can reach places inaccessible in a common cleaning and also implement harder techniques to get rid of old grime. After that, you can book our recurring cleaning on the frequency you need (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly are our more frequent options).
Most recurring clients choose weekly or bi-weekly. Weekly is ideal for busy households with kids, pets, or high foot traffic. Bi-weekly is the most popular schedule for couples and smaller families. Monthly is great as well and works best as a supplement to your own upkeep between visits.

Book As Often As You Like
You don’t have to sign a contract. You can book as often as you like (monthly, biweekly, weekly, or daily) and cancel whenever you want. That’s how confident we are in our quality.
Same Cleaning Crew Every Time
We will try to always send you the same cleaning team that you already know and trust. However, if, for some reason, they can’t make it on a certain day, we will let you know so you can reschedule.
We Do Chores That Others Miss
Other cleaning companies just focus on the basics, while we also perform thorough chores like polishing chrome and glass and removing cabinet splatters. You will get more for your money’s worth.
Considerations
Light tidying up before we arrive is recommended: Clear sink of dishes- up to ¼ a sink full is included anything more is an add on, move furniture to make an area accessible, pick up items from floor, remove items from counters, put away valuables and/or important information/items, move appliances out if appropriate prior to our arrival.
Extensive decluttering/ organizing is not included in your standard checklist please help prepare before our arrival or speak with us for an added on service!
If you see anything on your checklist that is not included, and you would like added please let us know so we can include the service.
We will dust up to 10 feet high using an extension duster, and we will properly clean every area that we reach on tiptoes. We don’t use step stools or ladders.
