Give your home the thorough refresh it needs. Our Deep Cleaning service provides extra attention to areas and details beyond our Standard Cleaning, helping your home feel cleaner, fresher, and cared for.
Deep Cleaning
A Deep Cleaning is designed as a thorough refresh of a home that is currently being lived in. It provides additional attention to areas and details that are not typically included in a Standard Cleaning, helping give your home the more complete refresh it may need from time to time.
Deep Cleanings are typically recommended approximately every 6 months to 1 year, depending on the home’s condition, household activity, and individual cleaning needs.
If your entire home does not require a Deep Cleaning and only certain areas need additional attention, an Hourly Cleaning may be a better option. This allows you to reserve a specific amount of time for our cleaner to focus on the areas that need the most attention rather than scheduling a full-home Deep Cleaning.

We encourage all clients to review the checklists for both our Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning before selecting a service.
Quality Maids’ Standard Cleaning includes more detailed services than what some cleaning companies consider a typical standard cleaning. Because of this, some tasks you may be looking for in a Deep Cleaning may already be included in our Standard Cleaning service.
Reviewing the two checklists will help you understand exactly what is included with each service and determine which option is the best fit for the current condition and needs of your home.
Bedrooms:
- Clean window inside / window ledge (track not included)
- Clean window inside / window ledge (track not included)

- Sweep under bed (if applicable)

- Wipe / Spray Vanity/mirrors/ outside of all cabinets
- Clean Toilet bowl inside and surrounding area
- Wipe windows / windowsills
- Dust blinds (if applicable)
- Shower / tub cleaning
- Empty trash / clean out (as needed)
- Mold / mildew removal
- Dust corners of walls / ceilings
- Fold towels
- Vents
- Baseboards (as needed)
- Floors — Vacuum, sweep, mop
Living Room
- Fold throw blankets
- Adjust decor
- Dust blinds
- Clean inside windows / ledge
- Spray Wipe / dust furniture
- Sweep under couch if applicable
- Dust fan
- Fluff pillows
- Remove trash (if applicable)
- Sweep Dust baseboards
- Vacuum, sweep, mop
Kitchen:
- Inside/out of microwave
- Stove top and outside of stove — cooktop buildup removal
- Sink cleaning
- Countertops cleaning
- Dishes only up to ¼ sink full — anything more is an upcharge; wash, dry, put away
- Clean outside of cabinets
- Stainless steel polish all stainless steel
- Trash take out / wipe down bin
- Wipe down all kitchen gadgets
- Wipe outside of refrigerator and polish
- Inside window cleaned / windowsill (if applicable)
- Blinds (if applicable)
- Vacuum, sweep, mop
Add-ons:
- Inside oven — add-on
- Refrigerator — add-on

Dining Room, Hallway, Laundry Room, Stairways
- Blind dusting

Considerations
Light tidying up before we arrive is recommended: Clear sink of dishes- up to ¼ a sink full is included anything more is an add on, move furniture to make an area accessible, pick up items from floor, remove items from counters, put away valuables and/or important information/items, move appliances out if appropriate prior to our arrival.
Extensive decluttering/ organizing is not included in your standard checklist please help prepare before our arrival or speak with us for an added on service!
If you see anything on your checklist that is not included, and you would like added please let us know so we can include the service.
We will dust up to 10 feet high using an extension duster, and we will properly clean every area that we reach on tiptoes. We don’t use step stools or ladders.
